Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Build and maintain GTM tooling, integrations, and automations.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks.
• Work within GTM stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong) to build tools.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and inform leadership.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into tools and workflows.
• Own and deliver moderately scoped projects end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or Sales/RevOps eng.
• Familiar with GTM tools: Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra.
• Experience leading tools end-to-end: eval, implement, train, change mgmt.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLM in tooling and workflows.
