Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Build and maintain GTM tooling, integrations, and automations.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks.
• Work with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra) to improve tooling.
• Analyze GTM data and surface insights for leadership decisions.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into tools and workflows.
• Independently own and deliver moderately scoped projects end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or RevOps engineering.
• Familiar with GTM tools: Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra, or similar.
• Experience leading tools end-to-end from eval to implementation and training.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs; can build internal tools.
• Comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLM in tooling and workflows.
