Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Own GTM tooling, workflows, and automations for Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps.
• Build and ship solutions with GTM leaders to close time and efficiency gaps.
• Work with the GTM stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong) to build tooling.
• Analyze GTM data to surface insights and guide leadership decisions.
• Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into tools and workflows.
• Own moderately scoped projects end-to-end, from framing to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, RevOps engineering, or related role.
• Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, or similar.
• Experience leading tools end-to-end from evaluation through training.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Comfort pulling and analyzing data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLM capabilities into tooling.
