Systems Architect I

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to produce platform requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and understand system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve platform questions and issues with customers.
• Partner with Architect II to design solutions to ensure best practices.
• Complete Decision Support documents and create work orders for configuration.
• Operate within timelines/SLAs to meet or exceed expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years' implementation/project management experience.
• 3-6 years gathering/analyzing data for system requirements, config, and ETL.
• 1-3 years writing test plans and test cases.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional/data analysis, and design/config.
• Identify and document data types, rules, mapping, and conversation requirements.
• Experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language.
