Systems Architect (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to define platform requirements for benefits administration.
• Gather, analyze, and understand system requirements for ongoing work and Annual Enrollment.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve platform questions and issues.
• Partner with Architect II to design solutions, ensure best practices, and identify downstream impacts.
• Complete Decision Support documents, work orders, and create requests for configuration and analyst resources.
• Partner with Configuration Specialists and System Design Analysts to support platform configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of implementation and/or project management experience
• 3-6 years experience gathering/analyzing data for writing system requirements and ETL processes
• 1-3 years experience writing test plans and test cases
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional and data analysis, and system design and configuration
• Experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language
• Ability to coordinate and conduct all levels of system and user acceptance testing
