Systems & Business Analyst, Client Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with Client Ops, CS, and Support to map workflows and define scalable processes.
• Gather, document, and own business requirements from discovery through implementation.
• Perform light Salesforce administration: reports, dashboards, workflows, and field updates.
• Collaborate with AI/tech teams to deliver solutions via automation or AI features.
• Manage roadmap for tools beyond Salesforce; drive cross-system improvements.
• Lead project coordination: timelines, risks, and cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Operations, or a similar role supporting business tech initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration and administration; Salesforce Administrator certification is asset.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, business systems, integrations, AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze business processes, define functional requirements, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed recommendations.
