🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a business analyst, ops, or systems role.
• High Salesforce fluency; Admin certification preferred.
• Evidence of building beyond CRM: automation, AI agent, scripting, integration.
• Strong discovery instincts: interview stakeholders and observe workflows.
• Real project management: ownership of timelines and risk.
• AI-first, automation-first mindset with disciplined judgment.
