🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Business/Systems Analysis or related ops tech.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and admin experience; Admin cert a plus.
• Experience with workflow automation, integrations, AI-enabled solutions.
• Interviews stakeholders, analyzes processes, defines requirements.
• Manages multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills; strong stakeholder mgmt.
