Systems Controller - Scheduler

📋 Description

• Manage customer nominations and support system balancing, capacity, outages and curtailments
• Work closely with our Control Room and Commercial teams to help keep operations running smoothly
• Monitor operational information and trends, spotting potential issues and escalating them early
• Collect, check and manage metering, nomination and storage data
• Investigate missing or unusual data and work with others to resolve issues
• Communicate with customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Around three years’ work experience, ideally in the energy sector or in a role involving
• Good numerical, analytical and data-processing skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to interpret detailed information, processes or commercial agreements
• Good communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• A proactive approach and sound judgement about when to act or escalate
