Systems & Controls Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead configuration, optimization, and integration of financial systems (NetSuite).
• Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve financial visibility.
• Implement data governance, security, compliance, and system controls.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Manage testing environments (sandbox) for smooth deployments.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, sales ops, and product teams to align processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• IFRS knowledge for SaaS and service revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP, revenue recognition, CRM/CPQ; NetSuite & Salesforce preferred.
• Experience configuring, integrating, and improving financial systems and workflows.
• Strong leadership and English communication skills.
