📋 Description

• Lead the technical foundation of design baselines through requirements and verification campaigns.
• Manage products across engineering disciplines to meet milestones.
• Establish product breakdown structures and lifecycle docs.
• Own verification and validation plans to ensure quality and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional guidance on systems engineering across disciplines.
• Communicate engineering progress to stakeholders to enable strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in design ownership, systems integration, test engineering; 1+ year SE.
• Experience leading design reviews (PDR/CDR) and verification campaigns.
• Hands-on with requirements and project management tools.
• Strong cross-disciplinary communication and technical leadership.
• Background with spacecraft, aircraft, launch vehicles, or safety-critical systems.
