Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own systems engineering for ATP's modular energetics plants from requirements to commissioning
• Translate process and chemistry requirements into system-level architecture and specs
• Define and manage interfaces between mechanical, controls, process, and chemistry subsystems
• Lead requirements traceability mapping design to functional, safety, and performance requirements
• Conduct system-level trade studies and risk analyses (FMEA, hazard analysis) across domains
• Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, ICDs, and technical baselines

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Systems Eng, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or related field
• 2+ years in systems engineering or cross-disciplinary integration
• Experience owning end-to-end systems integration on hardware programs
• Strong fundamentals across mechanical, process, and controls; can reason across disciplines
• Experience with requirements management, interface control, and docs
• Ability to work hands-on in lab, fabrication, and plant environments
