Systems Engineer, AI Validation

📋 Description

• Own validation strategy for Wayve AI Driver across autonomy products
• Implement end-to-end validation from strategy to execution
• Coordinate with Product, Safety, and AV Engineering teams on acceptance criteria
• Analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders
• Identify data, simulation, and evaluation dependencies for scalable validation
• Ensure coverage for both on-road and simulated driving environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in automated driving, robotics, or related field
• BSc/MSc/PhD in CS/Robotics/Aerospace or related
• Proficiency in Python for metrics and evaluation code
• Deep understanding of driving behavior and performance metrics
• Experience with both simulated and physical autonomous system testing
• Experience analyzing and reporting validation results
