Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to capture, analyze and break down system and software requirements
• Define system architecture, interfaces and signal/service specifications across ECUs and vehicle
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through design, implementation and test
• Develop test strategies, test plans and test cases for SIL, HIL and in-vehicle validation
• Build and maintain test automation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines
• Run and coordinate validation campaigns on benches and vehicles, triage issues, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in automotive systems engineering, verification or validation
• Experience with requirements engineering and the V-model development process
• Hands-on experience with HIL/SIL environments and automotive test tools (e.g. Vector
• Strong understanding of in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP) and
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal), with the ability to operate effectively
