Systems Engineer - Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end EMI/EMC engineering for an airborne platform
• Develop control plan, compliance roadmap, integration strategy
• Translate platform requirements into subsystem EMI specs
• Lead EMI/EMC modeling, simulation, and verification activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers for trade-offs
• Define EMI/EMC test campaigns and validation steps

🎯 Requirements

• EMI/EMC engineering for airborne platforms
• Experience with CST, FEKO, HFSS or equivalent tools
• Strong grounding, bonding, shielding, filtering knowledge
• Antenna placement, cable routing, and interference mitigation
• Standards: MIL-STD-461/464, DO-160, STANAG
• Cross-functional collaboration and systems integration
