📋 Description

• Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and
• Maintain familiarity with client hardware and operating systems
• Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues
• Install new server software, apply security patches, update existing applications, and remove
• Conduct backups and preventative maintenance for client systems
• Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required
• Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field
• Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred
• A+ certification preferred
• OEM equipment certifications preferred
• Microsoft certifications preferred
