Create and maintain user accounts, security access, and permissions for client workgroups and

Monitor servers to identify performance concerns and troubleshoot issues.
Install new server software, apply security patches, update existing applications, and remove
Conduct backups and preventative maintenance for client systems.
Respond to user connectivity concerns and resolve issues within the scope of the role.

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree required.
Two years of experience in a networking or related technical field.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology is preferred.
A+ certification
OEM equipment certifications
Microsoft certifications
