Systems Engineer IV

📋 Description

• Oversee provisioning and fulfillment of engagement kits within eight business hours of authorization
• Manage decommissioning and secure termination after data archival confirmation
• Coordinate with engagement leads, analysts, case managers, and leadership for mission alignment
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure issues
• Manage resource allocation and scaling to meet engagement requirements
• Ensure TLS 1.2/1.3 and hardened cloud configurations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience
• 8+ years in cloud operations or infrastructure management
• 3+ years of management or team leadership experience
• Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response
• Experience managing 24/7 operational environments
