Systems Engineer, Perception - Autonomy Trucking

📋 Description

• Design and manage full perception requirements; verify they meet goals
• Develop tools to derive perception requirements from stakeholder needs and safety case
• Develop and manage scalable V&V pipeline for perception to evaluate performance
• Coordinate with perception SW team to align on requirements
• Work with HW teams on designing the perception sensor set and hardware
• Set clear goals and manage tasks to ensure timely execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a system engineering role owning requirements, testing, and designing in automotive
• Experience in perception systems
• Sensor modalities for autonomous driving
• Coding for perception requirements framework and evaluation (Python preferred, C++ nice)
• MS/BS in Computer Science, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with ADAS, autonomous systems, and robotics (L2++ systems)
