Systems Engineer, Support Platform

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Zendesk Apps for agent-facing data visibility
• Own AI chatbot configuration and API scripting (Assembled)
• Integrate Slack, Jira, and third-party tools for Ops workflows
• Ensure safe chatbot behavior with fallbacks and monitoring
• Design end-to-end data flows between front-end and back-end services
• Translate Ops needs into technical specs for partner teams

🎯 Requirements

• AI/LLM integration: production experience with chatbots and LLM APIs
• API fluency: REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth
• Zendesk expertise: Admin/Develop for Zendesk Support, Guide, and App Framework
• Low-code familiarity: Zapier, Make, or Workato
• End-to-end ownership: ship reliable solutions with minimal oversight
• Frontend tooling: HTML/CSS for internal tooling
