Systems Engineer, Tech Foundations (Jira cloud)

📋 Description

• Administer Jira Cloud Software (JSW), Jira Cloud Service Management (JSM), and associated Atlassian
• Design and implement Jira configurations including custom workflows, issue type hierarchies
• Deliver end-to-end migration workstreams within the Jira Data Center to Cloud program, such as
• Configure Jira Service Management projects including SLAs, custom queues, JSM Forms, approval
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using native Jira Cloud tooling; Airbnb has elected to
• Support Atlassian access management, user lifecycle management, and license hygiene, and contribute

🎯 Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or relevant technical degree
• 3+ years of hands-on Atlassian administration experience, including Jira Software and Jira Service
• Solid working knowledge of Jira workflow design, including post functions, validators, and
• Hands-on experience contributing to Jira migrations (Data Center to Cloud), including project
• Experience configuring Jira Cloud native tooling for reporting and planning
• Flexible to work in USA overlapping work hours
