Provide L2 support for Windows and Linux servers.
Troubleshoot escalated incidents (P1/P2) and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Administer Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) including log rotation, and performance tuning.
Execute Windows disk expansion, perform VM reconfiguration, and manage application deployment and
Monitor system health using tools like Datadog, BMC Truesight & Splunk.
Coordinate with L3/engineering teams for fixes when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration and application support.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting for automation.
Knowledge of VMware concepts (VM, ESXi, Datastore, Snapshot basics)
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) for monitoring and troubleshooting.
