Systems Engineering Integration & Test Lead, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Lead multiple software demo efforts, from concept through customer demonstration and after-action
• Turn customer mission needs, CONOPS, and use cases into system requirements, demo objectives, and
• Partner with the Chief Engineer and Chief Architect to own the system architecture and interface
• Build and run integration and test plans, test procedures, and verification matrices (RVTM)
• Plan and run demo events: environment setup, dry runs, rehearsals, go/no-go reviews, and on-site
• Partner with the infrastructure and engineering teams to maintain integration and test environments

🎯 Requirements

• An active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience, with 5+ years in integration and test of
• 3+ years in a technical lead role on DoD or IC programs
• Hands-on experience delivering software demos, prototypes, or rapid capability efforts to
• Strong command of requirements management, verification and validation, and interface control
• Experience working in classified environments (SCIFs, air-gapped networks, cross-domain constraints)
