Systems Generalist, GPT Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design and operate APIs and control planes for long campaigns with scheduling and observability.
• Build secure partner-side runner to compile, execute, verify, and benchmark artifacts.
• Integrate hardware profiles, toolchains, compilers, runtimes, and inference engines into workflows.
• Turn research prototypes into reliable product surfaces with clear contracts.
• Develop evaluation systems for latency, throughput, memory, and cost.
• Build artifact provenance workflows for kernels and configurations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale distributed systems, infra platforms, or cloud services.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience designing and operating highly available backend systems and durable workflows.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, Linux, networking, storage, containers, and cloud.
• Experience debugging complex systems using measurement and benchmarks.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across orgs.
