• Define system requirements with product teams for new hardware
• Guarantee system performance via architecture reviews

• Bring-up and verification during product introduction
• First-responder for early failures; triage across domains
• Analyze flight telemetry to inform maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on design and testing of electro-mechanical systems
• Systems engineering across mechanical, electrical, and software
• Test design and bring-up verification; fixture development
• Design for reliability; physics of failure; integration risks
• Experience in Python and/or SQL for data analysis/scripts
• Strong communication of hardware reliability to teams
