Systems Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and manage integration of SaaS products with customer environments
• Guide customers on API/SDK implementation
• Create integration specifications, data flows, authentication configurations
• Identify and mitigate integration risks
• Coordinate network connectivity, firewall rules, certificate exchange
• Lead technical testing across pre-production and production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 7+ years’ experience in technical integration, solution engineering or systems integration within
• Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SDK integration, web services architecture
• Understanding of security concepts including PKI, TLS/SSL, certificates and key management
• Ability to own technical integration design from solutioning to go-live
• Experience engaging with customer technical teams in delivery or pre-sales engineering
