Systems Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and product/engineering to improve workflows
• Own accuracy and integrity of operations data across core systems
• Support data governance and SOX compliance with legal, finance, and product teams
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specs for product and engineering
• Lead change management for feature releases and new processes
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and errors

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business operations or a related analytical role
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and SOX/compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting cross-functional product launches requiring collaboration across teams
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
