Systems Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Partner with business and tech teams to improve data accuracy and efficiency
• Own data integrity across core operations systems
• Support data governance and SOX compliance with cross-functional teams
• Perform gap analyses and translate findings into specs for product/engineering
• Collaborate on in-house systems for operations reporting and workflow automation
• Manage change through cross-functional coordination and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in business operations, systems ops, or analytics
• Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP experience
• Data governance, data quality management, and SOX/compliance
• Experience launching new product features with cross-functional teams
• Ticketing systems and dashboards experience (JIRA or Salesforce a plus)
• Strong communication; translate between technical and non-technical audiences
