Systems Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Partner with business and tech teams to improve data accuracy and efficiency
• Own accuracy and integrity of business ops data across core systems
• Support data governance, SOX compliance, and audit readiness
• Translate findings into specs for product and engineering
• Collaborate to design in-house systems for ops reporting and automation
• Participate in sprint planning to prioritize enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business operations, systems operations, or related analytical role
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
• Data governance, data quality management, and SOX/compliance experience
• Experience supporting cross-functional product launches requiring collaboration
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (JIRA or Salesforce) and dashboards
• Strong communication skills translating between technical and non-technical audiences
