• Run bespoke, multi-platform searches for niche tech, product, and business talent.
• Build and maintain continuous passive pipelines for core engineering and growth teams.
• Outbound sourcing with a mapping mindset to secure elite talent.
• Partner with engineering/product/business stakeholders to anticipate needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Proactive, self-starting, business-integrated mindset.
• Outbound sourcing with Ops and Intelligence collaboration.
• Experience in TA, consulting, or project management preferred.
• Degree advantageous.
• English fluency; German ideal.
• Tech stack familiarity: Ashby, PeopleGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gemini/Claude, Metaview.
