Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Specialist - Cybersecurity Focus

📋 Description

• Design and build immersive, crisis-level cyber incident simulations
• Facilitate Tabletop Exercise (TTX) sessions for executive and C-Suite stakeholders
• Audit client Incident Response Plans (IRPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Business
• Conduct post-TTX debriefings and deliver After-Action Reports (AARs)
• Refine Resilience's proprietary TTX frameworks and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and facilitating cybersecurity incident response TTXs, IRPs
• Mastery in facilitating crisis simulations for cross-functional enterprise stakeholders, including
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or
• Working knowledge of major US and European cybersecurity and privacy regulations (GDPR, NIS2, CCPA
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the US and Europe
