• Lead national/international tenders (RFPs/RFQs) and negotiate leases, services, and framework
• Identify and realize savings from cost structures, benchmarks, and spend data
• Build and evolve an international supplier portfolio with contract and vendor management
• Steer optimization projects (parking, utilities, facilities) and assess risks, ensuring compliance
• Identify and implement innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with Real

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in strategic or tactical procurement; business studies or equivalent with relevant
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, strong communication, and flair for complex negotiations
• Very good MS Office skills; openness to modern procurement and AI tools
• Very good German and English; knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian is a plus
• Team player with collaborative mindset
