📋 Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, including advertising, screening
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, confirm role requirements and
• Developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job boards, universities, industry
• Managing pre-employment checks and recruitment documentation to ensure records are accurate
• Advising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes, procedures and best practice
• Supporting bulk recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding and internal mobility

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, either internally or within an agency environment
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience with blue-collar, operational or high-volume recruitment
• Experience supporting bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment centres
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
