📋 Description

• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs and challenges.
• Strategic TA guidance: Audit interview plans, scorecards, and criteria.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source high-quality candidates across channels.
• Face of CreativeX: Represent the company to top talent.
• Screening of Candidates: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Pipeline management and efficiency: Build a strong pipeline; embed AI to speed hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruitment or a People role with a recruitment focus.
• Results-oriented and data-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with bias for action.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS; Greenhouse is a plus.
