📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple international regions, including sourcing, screening
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using sourcing platforms and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate and improve global onboarding, ensuring new hires have tools and support.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Technology, and hiring teams on onboarding logistics and day-one

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR in global/matrixed
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment with strong candidate experience across regions.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams across cultures/time zones.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices and applying them throughout hiring.
• Hands-on ATS administration (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with onboarding programs, LMS, and digital onboarding platforms.
