• Strong relationship-building across managers and stakeholders
• Equitable, patient-first hiring practices and sound judgment
• Data-driven decisions using tech-enabled systems
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, law, and licensure
• Experience with SmartRecruiters, assessment tools, MS Office
