Talent Acquisition Apprentice (Non Tech)

📋 Description

• Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to support recruitment
• Source and identify relevant candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against defined role requirements
• Support candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience across different stages of the
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
