📋 Description

• Promote Alpha's staff culture, mindsets, and values internally and externally as an enthusiastic
• Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, application screening, interviewing, coordinating final
• Use Alpha's applicant tracking system (ATS) with fidelity to ensure all information is updated and
• Ensure Alpha's job opportunities are posted on Alpha's website all priority job boards
• Select and attend recruitment events such as career fairs and networking events, and proactively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the education sector (preferably in a K-12 school setting)
• 2+ years of professional experience, with progressive levels of growth
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment (preferred)
