📋 Description

• Own the candidate experience from application through interview.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process running smoothly.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Review and disposition inbound applicants to move qualified candidates quickly.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data across our hiring systems.
• Improve recruiting operations and candidate experience as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or related roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across candidates and partners.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail in coordinating interviews.
• Comfort with proactive outreach to identify candidates and guide them.
