Source and screen candidates for multiple Eurofins units
Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling
Draft and post job requisitions; maintain candidate tracking in ATS
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Partner with the TA Manager on higher-level searches (Director/VP/BU leadership)

🎯 Requirements

0–1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or TA (internships included)
Interest in growing toward executive/search management roles
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with candidates and managers
Highly organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple requisitions
Curious and coachable; comfortable navigating a decentralized org
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
