📋 Description

• Partner with Delivery leaders to set hiring requirements and timelines.
• Define staffing needs and candidate criteria with Hiring Managers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings by telephone or video.
• Create candidate summaries and shortlist recommendations for Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting within technology, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with candidates and stakeholders by telephone and video.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
