Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract)

📋 Description

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions
• Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes
• Schedules interviews for all roles and communicates with candidates throughout the interview process
• Completes initial screenings of candidates and makes recommendations to hiring team on candidates
• Assists with and drives the interview process, attending and conducting feedback sessions with
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• Previous experience recruiting in the telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment for operations focused roles including HVAC
• Good relationship building skills and proven track record of having partnered with various types of
• Previous experience in a recruiting agency is a plus
• Experience and proven ability to passively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter) a plus
