📋 Description

• Direct candidate recruitment and role fulfilment: Understand current role requirements and attract
• Identify and engage passive candidates who are a good fit
• Manage inbound candidates
• Manage an excellent candidate journey throughout the recruitment process
• Report weekly recruitment metrics to line manager and Talent Business Partners
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing to develop employer brand

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 Years proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to create job specifications with stakeholders
• Experience in UK geography IT Hiring
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Web 2.0, and social networks
• Experience conducting first-round interviews and telephone screening
• Strong ability to manage candidate journeys
