Talent Acquisition Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple leaders, calendars, and time zones
• Provide in-person interview facilitation support in our McLean, VA office by welcoming candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from first outreach through offer, ensuring a
• Coordinate all candidate travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation
• Manage travel changes, cancellations, and day-of issues in real time with minimal disruption to
• Support Talent leaders with calendar management, conflict resolution, and preparation of materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience in an internship, work-study, campus leadership role, or coordination/support capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to be on-site at our McLean, Virginia office at least 3 days per week
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and competing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
