📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for select roles from kickoff to offer.
• Post job ads and ensure accuracy across platforms (Lever, LinkedIn, Seek).
• Screen candidates, interview, and manage references.
• Coordinate global interview scheduling and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Source talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Support onboarding and employment paperwork.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruitment or coordination with TA exposure.
• Able to manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid roles.
• Strong interest in a career in recruitment or HR.
• Creative thinker with curiosity to improve talent attraction.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
