📋 Description

• Support day-to-day recruiting ops in Singapore and globally.
• Partner with the sole local recruiter in Singapore.
• Focus on high-volume engineering recruitment and IT roles.
• Own interview scheduling and candidate experience.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews.
• Maintain recruiting data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination.
• Thrives in ambiguity, acts as operational anchor.
• Proven ability to coordinate high-volume interviews across teams/time zones.
• Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, reliable.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders.
