📋 Description

• Coordinate phone screens, assessments, panel interviews, and other interview stages across
• Manage complex scheduling and changing priorities with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness
• Ensure candidates and interview teams have the information and support they need throughout the
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, process gaps, and potential delays to keep
• Create a thoughtful, consistent, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview
• Serve as a key point of contact, providing candidates with clear, timely communication and support.

• Experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similarly
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate issues, find
