📋 Description

• Process a high volume of offer requests through Workday and provide guidance to recruiters and
• Coordinate candidate interviews, manage complex schedules, and serve as a primary contact to help
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up throughout the candidate journey, from initial
• Support recruitment systems, reporting and analytics, new-hire documentation, employee referrals
• Create and maintain accurate candidate profiles and records in Workday while protecting
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other teams to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, business, or a related field, combined with
• Experience coordinating calendars, interviews, or scheduling activities in a fast-paced
• Familiarity with modern Talent Operations and recruiting platforms such as Workday, DocuSign
• Previous experience serving as a first point of contact for candidates, employees, customers, or
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and handle
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build
