📋 Description

• Oversee full life-cycle recruitment for business and editorial roles.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on candidates.
• Develop training for hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage talent pipeline; attend conferences and meetings with senior leaders.
• Report on departmental metrics and goals to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• At least seven years overseeing recruitment (nonprofit/media preferred).
• At least five years supervisory or people-management experience.
• Experience building diverse, competitive talent pools.
• Familiar with using metrics to create a fair hiring experience.
• Strategic and operational thinker; improves hiring processes.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Drive/Sheets), Excel, and ATS (Greenhouse).
