📋 Description

• Define and execute TA strategy for enabling/corporate hiring
• Partner with executives and HR business partners
• Drive attraction, assessment, and onboarding of top talent
• Improve executive search processes for scalability and discretion
• Deliver strong candidate experience and meet internal SLAs
• Create KPI reports and dashboards for executive hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition with focus on enabling & corporate roles
• End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and employment branding
• Strong stakeholder management with business leaders
• Excellent recruitment reporting and dashboard skills
• Familiar with social media, job boards, sourcing tools, HRIS
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
